Spring is in full bloom over at my sister's shop, Cranny....and staring at all of this gorgeous color makes me want to paint something....
...oh wait...I will be painting...all day today in the studio! Woot Woot!

I am T- totally loving this room, but my favorite part is how they have taken what are usually awful, cheesy, plastic ceiling medallions and have instead turned them into an affordable and wonderful wall installation! We are dealing with some smart humans here folks....
How many of you will now be rushing out to the hardware store to buy some medallions and spray paint?....hmmmm?

I thought it only appropriate during valentines week to chat about the prettiness of pink. To me, the color pink in small doses, and with just a hint of brown is absolutely okay to slather on everything!

Introductions
I would like to introduce you all to "Aurelia".
She was in fantastic shape when I found her, and although she was not the easiest piece I have ever painted, her design plan formed in my head immediately when I saw her.... I knew she would have stripes on her doors, and boy do I love those sassy stripes!
I get so inspired by these pieces, and am thrilled to be able to do what I do for a living.
The transformations never get old, and each piece has such a freshness about it that I absolutely treasure.
I will be finishing up two more furniture friends this week.....and do you remember the green I was feeling a couple weeks ago? Well, it happened on a sideboard, and it is totally saweeet!

Check this beauty out! I was absolutely beside myself this week when I received a package from my sister in law in the mail.....and this was what was inside! Is it not the most knackalicious thing you have ever seen?! I can't even stand how great it is, and will love on it forever. My sister in law is such a beautiful soul, and a great artist on top of it all....so if you have not met her you must stop by her blog and get to know her!
